Atlanta, GA (August 5, 2024) – A female pedestrian lost her life as a result of a crash that occurred on Sunday morning, August 4.
At around 1:40 a.m., a woman was walking along the shoulder of Interstate 20. For unknown reasons, a black Mustang was racing another vehicle on the interstate. The Mustang struck the woman just past Moreland Avenue and fled the scene. The pedestrian was fatally injured as a result of the accident and pronounced deceased at the scene.
