Augusta, GA – Fatal Crash on Deans Bridge Rd Takes Three Lives

Augusta, GA (August 19, 2024) – A fatal accident reported in Augusta claimed the lives of multiple people on Friday, August 16. The collision was reported to Augusta firefighters and the Georgia State Patrol just before 8:00 p.m.

Official reports indicate that multiple vehicles collided on Deans Bridge Road near Etterlee Road. One of the vehicles involved in the accident caught on fire and quickly became fully engulfed in flames. The incident prompted authorities to shut down the roadway for a significant amount of time.
