Incident

In 2023 our client was sitting at a stop light when she was rear-ended by the at-fault driver, who provided information to our client, but left her alone at the scene of the wreck to report it to the responding officer.

Our client was experiencing a concussion, sprained shoulder, and neck, and had a pinched nerve. She sought conservative treatment, but it did not help, so her doctor recommended a surgery. Meanwhile, she was trying to handle the insurance company on her own, who continued to send her lowball offers – the highest they sent was $17,500 despite her still being in active treatment. This is when she knew she needed an attorney.
