Michael has been practicing law since 2001. For more than 14 years, Michael’s practice focused on representing companies and insurers in personal injury actions. His specialty was defending truck drivers, motor carriers, and their insurers. Michael enjoyed the legal work but the cases’ results often left him empty and unfulfilled.
“When I did my job well, an injured person’s recovery was limited or, in some cases, eliminated. I needed more from my profession.”
In 2015, Michael transformed his practice. Instead of representing companies and insurers, he changed to filing lawsuits against them. He now enjoys being part of the solution instead of one of the many obstacles standing between the injured person and just compensation.
