Atlanta, GA (September 15, 2024) – A car crash in the Hammond Park neighborhood of Atlanta ended in injuries. The crash took place at around 5:30 p.m. on September 14.
According to reports from the Atlanta Police Department, a motor vehicle accident occurred on Interstate 85. The incident blocked multiple lanes of the road near Cleveland Avenue Southwest. The police and firefighters immediately closed off a portion of the road while assisting. At least one person was hurt in the crash and required further medical attention. EMS rendered aid to the victims before transporting them to area hospitals. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
