Bulloch Co., GA (August 25, 2024) – A fatal motor vehicle accident reported on Friday in Bulloch County claimed one person’s life. Authorities were called to the scene of the accident at around 11:00 p.m. on August 23.
Official reports show that multiple vehicles collided at the intersection of Highway 301 S. and Oakwood Drive. The Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office and firefighters rushed to the scene and closed off the roadway with the assistance of the Georgia State Patrol. One person involved in the accident was fatally injured and pronounced deceased after being rushed to an area hospital. The victim was later identified as 24-year-old Johnathan Vreeland. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
