DeKalb Co., GA (July 29, 2024) – Eight people were injured in a major motor vehicle accident that occurred on Friday evening in DeKalb County. Authorities were called to the scene of the accident at around 11:10 p.m. on July 26.
According to police reports, a car became disabled in the HOV lanes on Interstate 85. As a result, to other vehicles collided with it. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway near Shallowford Road for a significant amount of time. A total of eight people were hurt as a result of the crash.
