Macon, GA (September 13, 2024) – A South Carolina man lost his life as a result of a car crash that occurred in Macon on Thursday afternoon, September 12. The accident took place at around 1:15 p.m.
Official reports show that a Dodge Ram pickup truck, driven by 42-year-old Keith Bridgett, was traveling on Interstate 16 E. during the afternoon hours. For unknown reasons, the vehicle collided with a semi-truck tractor-trailer. Bridgett was fatally injured as a result of the accident. He was pronounced deceased by authorities.
