Our client and her two daughters were involved in a wreck in June of 2025 after a driver did not yield at a stop sign. Horst Shewmaker demanded and secured a $150,000 combined total for the 3 victims.
She was struck by the defendant when she ignored a stop sign and collided with our client’s vehicle. The driver was issued a citation for failure to yield and driving with an improper license.
Our client sustained injury to her shoulder, foot, neck and back. Her daughters both sustained injuries to their necks and backs. All three sought immediate treatment at the hospital, as well as specialist treatment with pain management, MRIs, and chiropractic.
Our team forwarded a demand for all three claimants to obtain the joint limits of $50,000 for our clients. The limits were tendered promptly.
