In January of 2025, our client was in a wreck at a stop light. He had a green light, so he proceeded through the intersection. The at fault driver failed to yield to our client and pulled in front of him while making a left turn. Our client did not have enough time to stop, and collided with her vehicle. The police cited her for her failure to yield based on the evidence at the scene.
Our client sustained injuries to his neck and back. He went to a chiropractor for assessment and conservative care. He also received MRI imaging, which revealed he needed orthopedics and pain management care as a result of his accident injuries.
